這時(shi)可采用(yong)由一個(ge)變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)供電(dian)(dian)(dian),各對電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)輪流壓住(zhu)(zhu)工件的(de)(de)型(xing)式,也可采用(yong)各對電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)均由單獨(du)的(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)供電(dian)(dian)(dian),全(quan)部(bu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)同(tong)(tong) 時(shi)壓住(zhu)(zhu)工件的(de)(de)型(xing)式。后一型(xing)式具有較(jiao)多優(you)點(dian),應用(yong)也較(jiao)廣泛。其(qi)(qi)優(you)點(dian)有:各變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)可以(yi)(yi)安置得離所(suo)聯電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)較(jiao)近,因而,其(qi)(qi)功 率及尺寸(cun)能顯著減小;各個(ge)焊(han)點(dian)的(de)(de)工藝參(can)數可以(yi)(yi)單獨(du)調(diao)節;銀焊(han)條全(quan)部(bu)焊(han)點(dian)可以(yi)(yi)同(tong)(tong)時(shi)焊(han)接(jie)、生產(chan)率高;全(quan)部(bu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)同(tong)(tong)時(shi)壓住(zhu)(zhu)工 件,可減少變(bian)(bian)形;多臺(tai)變(bian)(bian)壓器(qi)(qi)同(tong)(tong)時(shi)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),能保證三(san)相負荷平衡(heng)。
